Aliens in the Attic

We got the pleasure to watch the movie "Aliens in the Attic" this last weekend. Pleasure?... or was that torture? It's a wacky movie to say the least. Anyways....quoting from the movie ....they were harshing that there was bad 80's music! Seriously people, there is no bad 80's music.... LOL!   Corny, maybe, but not bad.

Comical Leapin Lizard

Usually I am talking about the funny things that my daughter Jenna says, but this time it's all about my nephew.

Jenna has this plastic lizard that she has been carrying around lately and it somehow made it's way into Uncle Timmy Tim's vehichle.  Jenna must not of been all that fond of it because it ended up falling to the floor of the car.  Timmy Tim found it while cleaning out the car and decided that it would look nice sitting up on the dash.  So he threw it up there and that became it's new home.

Tim came home from an afternoon of driving around with my nephew and said that  he had a pretty funny story about the 'ol lizard that has been sitting on his dash.  I said to him...."oh yeah?....do tell."  He said that my nephew picked up the lizard, kind of looked it over and then tossed it back up on the dash.  Timmy Tim replied, "I really like that lizard of Jenna's, I think I am going to keep him up there and that'll be his new home."  My nephew replied "Dad, how do you know it's a boy lizard?"  Half joking, Tim said back, "you're right, I really don't know if it is but it looks like a boy....why don't you pick it up and look underneath it to check it out and make sure."  My nephew who is pushing his pre-teen years picks it up out of curiosity and starts to examine it.  After looking at it for awhile, he pipes up and replies back to Tim "no Dad, your wrong....it's a girl."  Surprisingly Tim replies back, "well, how did you figure that out?"  My nephew says back to Tim in a firm voice "well look Dad, you can tell it's a girl because it has  a va-China on the bottom."  Tim started laughing hysterically....another day of the funnies!

The best way to keep your daughter out of hot water is to put some dishes in it.
